Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policy 

An order for medications or healthcare products must be canceled from the order details screen present on the Cheap Meds Deal website or by calling customer care executives before the product is out for delivery. 

However, you can also refuse to take your medicines at the time of delivery, and a refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy. 

Return policy 

To ensure that the products ordered are delivered as per your specifications, we try to do our best. Return policy is applicable in the following cases, i.e., when you receive an:

  • Incomplete order
  • Expired product
  • Incorrect product 
  • Damaged product

You need to inform Cheap Meds Deal quickly within seven days of receiving medicines to get an immediate solution. However, our online pharmacy will not accept liability for such delivery problems if a customer does not notify us within seven days of receiving the product. 

The user is not liable to return the non-refundable product. It is the sole responsibility of the user to check whether a product falls under the returnable category before the order is placed.

Return Process

  • For return intimation, you can visit https://www.cheapmedsdeal.com/contact.
  • Our customer care team will first verify the claim that the customer makes within 72 business hours from the time of the complaint. 
  • Once the claim is verified and appears reasonable & genuine, then our pharmacy will start a collection of products that need to be returned.
  • Customers should pack products in the original manufacturer’s packaging only to ensure the triumphant return of medicines. 

Refund policy 

At Cheap Meds Deal, we try our best to make sure that customers are entirely satisfied with our products. Also, we are always happy to issue a complete refund based on the below-listed conditions:

  • You have received a defective or damaged item
  • The ordered item is lost or damaged during transportation
  • You have received a product that has already expired

The mode of refund might differ depending upon the conditions. In case the mode of refund is through credit/debit card or net banking, then 7 to 10 working days can be involved in a refund. 

We regret any problem caused at this time because it’s bank policy that delays refund timing, and we have no control over it. In case the mode of refund is through a wallet, then credit will be reflected within 24 hours. 

A customer needs to send proper product details over email along with valid reasons for a refund. 

Cheap Meds Deal is only responsible if customers inform the pharmacy of the issue within seven days of receiving an order. No refund will be initiated.
